Placing an Order – To place an order, you need to pay 50% of the total order value in advance. Once the outfit is done, we will share the images and videos. You can now pay the remaining 50% of the payment, we will dispatch the outfit on the same day or the next day and share your tracking ID.
Process – We will share you the images of the fabric and design before customisation. We will only continue once we get the approval from you. Once the outfit is completed, we will be sharing the pictures and videos before dispatching. Until and unless you are satisfied, we will NOT dispatch the outfit. Customer satisfaction is our main priority.
Measurements – We will send you a measurement chart once the order is placed, we expect you to send us the exact measurements. However, we will give you 4-5 inch margin for adjustments.
Customisations – Color combinations and designs can be customised. This may change the total value of the product.
Delivery Time – Usually, it will take 10-15 days for a regular outfit and 25-30 days for a bridal outfit after getting measurements from your side. Delivery time may extend because of the ongoing pandemic. However, we will try our best to dispatch the outfit as early as possible.
