Welcome to Label Fabula. By accessing our website (labelfabula.com) and placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Online Store Usage

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence or are using the website under supervision. You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

2. Custom-Made Outfits

All outfits at Label Fabula are made-to-measure and customised according to the client's preferences, measurements, and design requirements. As every product is specially crafted, slight variations in finishing, embroidery placement, or detailing may occur.

3. No Cancellation, No Refund, No Exchange

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances as all products are custom-made specifically for each client.

4. Colour Variations

Outfit colours may slightly differ from what is seen on mobile phones, computers, or other devices due to differences in screen resolution and display settings.

Additionally, as most of our outfits are made using dyeable fabrics, there may be a 5–10% variation in colour. The dyeing process is done manually by skilled artisans and not through automated systems, which may result in minor shade differences.

5. Fabric, Lace & Embellishments

Dupatta lace, lehenga lace, borders, and embellishments will be applied as close as possible to the reference design. However, exact materials may vary depending on market availability. In such cases, similar or equivalent alternatives will be used while maintaining the overall look and quality of the outfit.

6. Pricing & Modifications

Prices for products may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without liability.

In case of pricing errors, inaccuracies, or incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer and will be calculated based on the volumetric weight of the outfit and delivery location.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on design complexity, customisation requirements, and order volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Alterations Policy

We offer complimentary alterations within 15 days from the date of delivery. After this period, alteration requests may be chargeable.

Customers are responsible for shipping the outfit back to us for alterations.

9. Billing & Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including measurements, contact details, and shipping address.

Label Fabula will not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, content, and materials on this website are the exclusive property of Label Fabula and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that website usage will be uninterrupted or error-free. Label Fabula shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

13. Final Decision

In case of any disputes, discrepancies, or misunderstandings, Label Fabula reserves the right to make the final decision.
